This is a section of the France 24 documentary about the Dorje Shugden Controversy. The journalist followed a Shugden monk and captured footage of him not being able to enter shops and reading signs outside of public institutions (even hospitals) saying that Shugden practitioners are not allowed.

This section also captures monks engaged in spiritual debate about whether or not the Dalai Lama will be able to ban an entire religion. It includes a speech of the Dalai Lama enforcing the ban and a glimpse at what life is like for Tibetans living in outcast society in India.
