Letter from Shugden Society USA

September 2nd 2009

Press release

Today we would like to bring to the attention of all those who believe in peaceful coexistence of all faiths and beliefs in this world, and particularly the attention of the people who believe in freedom of religion and human rights.

Today, September 2nd is The Tibetan Democracy Day, but the irony is that we the Tibetan people do not have true democracy due to the policies of the Tibetan government in exile, under the powerful guidance of the Dalai Lama , that undermines our Rights to Religious Freedom as embodied in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (1948) and other international conclaves. We, The Dorjee Shugden practitioners, must commemorate the date of September 2nd to create a global awareness of our plight.

On the 9th of January 2008, His Holiness the Dalai Lama declared that “Dorjee Shugden devotees are supported by the Chinese and therefore there is no need for them to be in exile, they can go back to Tibet (under Chinese rule)”. On the same day, he also called for “holding an open referendum, to decide if the majority of the Tibetans want to coexist with the devotees of the deity”. This is an invitation for open segregation in the Tibetan society, under the disguise of practicing democracy. To hear such statements from His Holiness the Dalai Lama, whom we regard as our most compassionate leader and who is known and respected around the world, as a champion of peace, is deeply heartbreaking for all of our people. Furthermore, because of His Holiness’s position and influence, his statements become government policies, and therefore have great consequences. These statements from His Holiness’s position, undermine our fundamental rights: our right to exercise freedom of religion, right to peaceful living, and right to equal opportunity; they denote an obvious contempt of the devotees of the deity; they implicate accusations for which there are no ground at all. These statements have great potential to cause communal violence in the society and as a result, we, the followers of this deity, and our family members have been victims of ostracism and violence.

In reference to the letter to the prime minister of the Tibetan Government in exile, Samdong Rinpoche and The Dalai Lama, dated April 25, 2008, we had appealed to the Tibetan government to enforce our demands within the deadline of September 2nd, 2008,

Our Demands were:

·To entitle us to the fundamental rights of freedom to speech, beliefs, and the rights to live peacefully as guaranteed in the Constitution of Tibetan Government-in-Exile and Democratic countries.

· To lift the ban on Shugden practice and the religious persecution of its practitioners.

·To stop the systematic process of segregation in the Tibetan communities in exile, that has led to the social, psychological and physical torture of Shugden practitioners.

As our demands were time and again blatantly ignored, and in addition to the plight:

· The Tibetan government in exile continue to ostracise and segregate the Shugden practitioners from the rest of the Tibetan society.

· All the Tibetan media including the Voice of America (Tibetan Section) and the Radio free Asia, instead of standing up for the democratic principles, promote further segregation and ostracism of the Shugden devotees.

· Hundreds of monks, who worshipped Dorjee Shugden, were ostracised and expelled from the monasteries. As a result, a new wall at Ganden monastery in Southern India was built in March 2008 to segregate the Shugden worshippers.

·Monks who worshipped Shugden were denied medical services from the health clinics in the Tibetan communities in exile.

·Students, whose parents worshipped Dorjee Shugden, were ostracised in schools system.

· The idols of the Dorjee Shugden deity, destroyed in places like Lhasa, Central Tibet, South India and Kathmandu.

Due to such violation of our fundamental human rights, we are left with no clear options but to stand up for our rights. From this date onwards, we will implement the following campaign measures until our democratic rights to practice our religious rights are established:

· Being proactive by using various media to create the awareness of our plight.

· Organise and gather petition and submit to various concerned authorities and organisations.

· Organise systematic demonstrations.

Following are few of the recent incidents of violence towards Shugden devotees:

1) In July 2008, wanted posters of several monks involved in the Western Shugden Society protests appeared in Queens, New York. Al Jazeera reported about the wanted posters saying, “No Shugden worshipper has ever been charged or investigated for terrorism and yet the monks that continue to worship Shugden remain victims of name and shame.”

2) An attack on Gaden Shartse monastery in South India by thousands of monks and laymen resulted in 40 people wounded and properties damaged.

3) In 1997, a nun in Tibet, was beaten up and left naked in the street to die, who fortunately survived.

4) In Clement town, there was also an attempt of arson on a Shugden devotees family’s house.

5) In July 29th 2009, the Tibetan section of Radio Free Asia, with intention to turn the general Tibetan people against the Shugden devotees, demonised the Shugden devotees of being responsible for the abductions of Tenzing thakpa, Woeser rinpoche’s father and a 13 year old boy along with few goats and sheep in Markham. In reality, Woeser rinpoche’s father and a 13 year old boy were victims of flood and Tenzing thakpa was seen alive and well, travelling in Lhasa and India.

These are just a few cases from countless incidents of atrocities involving violence and discrimination towards Shugden followers.

With best regards,

Shugden Society USA

Tibetan “prime minister-in-exile” Samdhong Rinpoche on Tuesday accused the US and other Western nations of appeasing China after aides to the Dalai Lama said the exile would not meet US President Barack Obama during his planned visit to Washington next month, AFP reported.

The Dalai Lama was reportedly hoping to see Obama. Since 1991, every US president has met with him.
“A lot of nations are adopting a policy of appeasement. Even the US government is practicing some kind of appeasement. Today, economic interests are much greater than other interests,” AFP quoted Rinpoche as saying.

He made the remark in the northern Indian hill town of Dharamsala, home of the Tibetan “government-in-exile.”
Analysts say a meeting between Obama and the Dalai Lama before the US president’s maiden trip to Beijing in November would have been sure to spark an angry response from China.

Shen Dingli, a professor on US studies at the Institute of International Studies of Shanghai’s Fudan University, agreed that Obama’s decision must be out of economic and other interests that are vital to the US people.
“I don’t think we should feel provoked if Obama chooses to see the Dalai Lama,” Shen said.

“Neither should we see it as a gesture of pleasing China if Obama chooses not to see the Dalai Lama. Obama’s decision is based on the interests of his own country,” Shen added.

English>>Tibet OnlineDalai Lama discards cover of religious freedom11:40, September 18, 2009
When talking about Tibet the 14th Dalai Lama who fled to India in 1959, always claims that “Tibet’s unique culture and religion are almost extinct.” He once said, “I often mention religious issues and Tibetan liberty in the same breath because they are closely linked. Religious freedom will only become possible only liberty is restored in Tibet.”

The Dalai Lama associates religious freedom with the so-called “Tibetan freedom” -a disguised form of Tibet independence – because he wants to impose his religion on the whole of Tibet and restore the feudal serf system with himself as “both political and religious leader”. He has forgotten that some Tibetan people are not religious and some follow the Bonpo, Catholicism and Islam. Which religion is the Dalai Lama preparing to associate with the “Tibetan freedom” issue?

Judging from the Dalai clique’s persecution of Dorje Shugden followers, Tibetan people can only convert to his religion after liberty has been restored. As the Dalai Lama has associated religious freedom with “Tibetan freedom,” can Tibetans enjoy freedom without following his religion? The 14th Dalai Lama has clearly distorted the nature of religious freedom in order to attain his political goal and ambition of “Tibetan independence”.

He has discarded the cover of religious freedom.

Religious freedom is a basic right granted by the constitution that is enjoyed by every Chinese citizen. According to Article 36 of the Constitution of the People’s Republic of China (PRC), all Chinese citizens enjoy freedom of religion; no state organ, public organization or individual may compel citizens to believe, or not to believe in, any religion; nor may they discriminate against citizens who believe, or do not believe in, any religion; the state protects normal religious activities. Therefore, freedom of religion means that believing or not believing in a religion is a private affair. However, religious activities must be conducted in accordance with relevant laws because they involve social space and other people.

Constitutional provisions and laws relating to the protection of Chinese citizens’ religious freedom have been fully implemented in Tibet. Today, there are more than 1,700 religious venues including 4 mosques and 1 Catholic Church in Tibet, accommodating 46,000 monks and nuns. Different types of religions co-exist in harmony and all kinds of religious activities normally take place in this region. If there was no genuine freedom of religion then it would be impossible to do this.

So why does the Dalai Lama insist that there is no genuine religious freedom in Tibet? The reason is that the types of freedom are different. The type of freedom demanded by the Dalai Lama is absolute freedom above the law, and a disguised form of “Tibetan independence”.

In November 2008, the Dalai Lama’s private representative submitted a memorandum to the central government, claiming that by international standards, constitutional principles are interpreted to include freedom of belief and worship modes. Freedom means the right to set up and manage temples in accordance with relevant rules formulated by Buddhist temples; an academic degree system should be established and enrollment of monks and nuns at any age should be allowed; the state should not intervene in ordinary religious activities such as mentor link between monks, temple management and the reincarnation of the living Buddha.

Clearly, in the eyes of the Dalai Lama, freedom means the right to violate PRC laws and regulations, and the freedom of “Tibetan independence” in essence.

On the one hand, the Dalai Lama and his followers deceive many religious believers, confuse and bribe some of them and incite them to create all sorts of trouble. On the other hand, he uses the cover of religion, deceptive propaganda and support from anti-China forces to mould international opinion, gain sympathy from people ignorant of the true facts, and take every opportunity to create trouble for China. The Dalai Lama and his followers say that the control of a Living Buddha means controlling the temple, and controlling the temple means controlling an area. They try to use temples as bases to separate the country. They also tempt some monks into serving as pioneers in breaking up the country. The Dalai Lama deceives religious believers under the banner of religion, revealing his reactionary nature and dishonesty.

So it is not surprising that the Dalai Lama, who has always considered himself as religious leader, has discarded the “religious freedom” cover, because in his opinion, “if Tibet is liberated, religion in Tibet will also be liberated.” In other words, if the Dalai’s dream of “Tibetan independence” is realized, he will impose his religion on the whole of Tibet. Then, he the so-called “religious leader” would be able to recover the throne of a theocracy and continue to enslave and oppress the people of Tibet.

However, the Dalai Lama has forgotten one thing: The separation of religion and politics is an inexorable trend of social development. People of all ethnic groups in Tibet, who have thrown off the oppressors and are enjoying the protection of the PRC Constitution and religious freedom, will certainly not be constrained by the shackles of a theocracy again. The Dalai Lama’s wish to reconstruct the dark feudal serfdom of theocracy using the cover of “religious freedom” is nothing but a big pipe-dream.

Perhpas Bob will write his reflections on the current status of his Idol?

I just had the huge pleasure of spending three days with His Holiness the Dalai Lama at the Aspen Institute in Aspen, Colorado, with old friends and luminaries in the Tibet world. A sand mandala (sacred celestial mansion diagram) of Avalokiteshvara, the bodhisattva of universal compassion, was created and dissolved. Juniper incense offerings were made, Tibetan music was played, and lively discussions were conducted both about the current crisis in Tibet and about the long-term prospects for the survival of Tibetan culture and identity.

His Holiness was his usual jolly and insightful self, though at moments one could sense the deep stress he feels due to the covert “cultural revolution” still being waged by the Chinese government against the Tibetan identity, which is so deeply rooted in Tibetan Buddhist culture. Tibetans are still being beaten, arrested, tortured, and killed for having voiced their wish for freedom and unimpeded spiritual reunion with their Lama teachers.

In the midst of it all last Friday, Senator and candidate John McCain met with the Dalai Lama and expressed his sympathy for the Tibetan people and solidarity with the nonviolent and moderate offer the Dalai Lama continues to make to the Chinese government. Later in the day, a letter came from Senator Barack Obama, expressing regret that his travel schedule prevented him from meeting and honoring His Holiness and pledging his support for the Tibetan cause in terms of regaining their human rights and religious freedom.

These good will gestures are heartening to all who desire peace and justice for Tibetans. Why did both candidates want to meet with the Dalai Lama? I find myself wishing that the candidates would read my new book, Why the Dalai Lama Matters, so that they can better understand the incredibly high stakes in this Tibetan liberation struggle. The China-West (especially US, EU, Russia, India, and Japan) relationship is the most important relationship for the entire 21rst century. China is one of the most ascendant nations of the coming era. We must all welcome its rightful importance. But the world will never tolerate another conquering superpower. The European and Japanese empires have declined. The Russian and American “superpower” hegemonies are demonstrating their un-viability. The UN is still crippled by the five WW II victors’ wielding their vetoes. So China, India, Brazil, the Muslim world, and the main African powers will inevitably emerge. For global survival, they must not repeat the mistakes of previous empires and superpowers, but turn to a new concept of power, the power of interconnectedness, peacefulness, dialogue, a global meshing of mutual enlightened self-interests.

We are ” Watchers For The Dawn”_
Like the Spiirts before us, we hunger for Light. Huddled close to the Fires we burn, and the Shawdows that move, through the mist of the night, speak the lessons we all have to learn,So we wait and we watch for the Dawn’s Golden Glow and the Wind Sings a Dream in it’s sigh. And below us is slumber and over our heads a million Stars cover the Sky.
We are Watchers For The Dawn Waiting for the Light’s Rebirth!
Watching till the Night Is Gone, Where the Heavens’s Silent Skies Meet The Earth.
In the Night Sweetest Dream, is a Vision of Light and the Earth and the Sky become One and the Souls purest wish speaks it name once aloud and the sound shines as bright as the Sun. A Wise Man once said, that the Magic within a song sung from the depths of the soul could make the Earth spin like a ball in one’s hand, let it turn and return to us whole.
We are Watcher For the Dawn……….
Lost from our sight, in the darkness of the night is a promise that comes only with the Dawn. When we Arise, we will meet each others eyes and regain what was never really gone.
Stay by my side and within each others light, we can rest when the journey seems so long and if we should dream and believe what we have seen, then our vision will surely make us One of the Watchers for the Dawn waiting for the light’s rebirth watching until the night is gone where the Heaven’s Silent Skies Meet The Earth.

The Dalai Lama purports to be a “man of peace”. However, has he ever criticized let alone condemn the violence of Al Qaeda? Has the Dalai Lama ever repudiated the crimes of his close Nazi friends or of the Tokyo subway killer? None
can be found anywhere. Has the Dalai Lama ever repudiated the criminal and murderous organization that his Nazi
friends belong and belonged to? None found either. Does the Dalai Lama ever admit that the Brad Pitt movie made about him and Heinrich Harrer is misleading to the point of being a virtual lie? The answer is again, No. Is the Dalai Lama so arrogant and so “holier than anyone” that he believes he can arrogantly do anything he wants to anyone in the name of religion?–and where have we heard that before. The Dalai Lama’s main reaction to his Nazi friends is to have numerous, prominent and exclusive photo ops taken with them, give them top posts in his government, and to promote
their books and products and to seek out more Nazis to meet particularly those who can make generous monetary contributions to the Dalai Lama. What about what his Nazi friends have said? No apologies found either. Heinrich
Harrer went as far to say, (after he concealed his Nazi past for years) that he shouldn’t have joined, but is reported to have been a die hard Nazi to the end of his life. But this non-apology was no different than Adolf Eichmann and Hermann Goering saying something similar and these two men were the main architects of the Holocaust. One has to wonder just what kind of tutoring the Dalai Lama received from Nazi Death Squad Leader Harrer given that the Dalai Lama’s enthrallment with convicted Nazi War Criminals, Nazis, violent terrorists, and brutal dictators.
The photo on the left below shows clearly abused and starved boys to be used for medical experiments. The photo on the right shows a typical aftermath of the Dalai Lama’s good friend,Dr.
Bruno’s “patients” after he performed his medical experiments upon them, using the “ocean of knowledge” (as Bruno called it) that he had learned from the Dalai
Lama, to create an “ocean of dead bodies”. Bruno Beger performed medical experiments on 100’s of unwilling inmates and all of whom ended up like those in the photo on the right above. For the other literally millions of inmates at
Death Camps brought there by the Dalai Lama’s other friend, Heinrich Harrer’s SS, the result was also the same for them–death by gassing, starvation or torture. The photo in the middle is a picture of the Dalai Lama embraced by mass
murderer Bruno Beger with the Dalai Lama congratulating mass murderer, Dr. Bruno Beger.
What do these men have in common with each other?
Answer: They are all Nazis or Nazi supporters and mutually good friends of the Dalai Lama
Who is this man Heinrich Harrer as seen in the photo (below) and above with the Dalai Lama and further below in a photo with Adolph Hitler?
the Dalai Lama’s good friends, the duty to train elite SS who would carry out the “final solution” the extermination of all Jews in Europe and Russia, through “kill teams” and extermination or Death Camps. If Heinrich Harrer’s SA was the
equivalent of the Ku Klux Klan, the SS was the equivalent of the Al Qaeda. America had one 9/11 perpetrated by Al-Qaeda, but Europe and particularly Russia and the Ukraine had many thousands of 9/11’s thanks to Heinrich
Harrer’s Nazi SS. The SS was on a religious mission to plunder and rape their way through Europe and Russia. They believed that they were on a “spiritual mission” to create racial purity and kill all non-Aryans, that is all Jews, Gypsies
and Slavs. It was Hitler’s mania about “racial purity” which was one of the reasons why Hitler sent Harrer on a mission with SS Officer Ernst Schafer and SS Officer Dr. Bruno Beger to meet the Dalai Lama in the first place. Hitler and
another Harrer friend, Gestapo Chief Heinrich Himmler were obsessed with ascertaining whether Tibetans were Aryans
and if they could be used to attack the Chinese and India. This was the motivation for Harrer’s meeting with the Dalai Lama and not because he just liked climbing mountains in Tibet. When Harrer arrived in Tibet, he did not find Shangri-la, the Western fantasized version of Tibet. Instead, he found a virtual slave and serf state run by brutal Lamas
who owned slaves and used medieval tortures against run-away slaves and non-believers. A perfect environment for Death Squad Leader Harrer to become a top advisor to the Dalai Lama and to seduce the Dalai Lama to become a Nazi sympathizer. Below are photos of Dalai Lama’s friend’s more immediate supervisors and their Nazi handiwork.

What was the job of the Dalai Lama’s good friend ,Heinrich
Harrer’s SA and SS? The pictures below tell the story:
The person to the left above and draped in Swastikas is called: The Dalai Lama. He is the self-proclaimed political and
religious leader of Tibet. He was never elected to these positions, but was appointed by a small group of ruthless Taliban like theocrats. The Dalai Lama says that wants peace and so being judged by his words and not his deeds (which will be shown clearly to be anything but peaceful) was given the Nobel Peace Prize and the Congressional Gold Medal by George W. Bush. He claims that he is a man of peace, but is he? Or is the Dalai Lama like his predecessor, Jim Jones who also was venerated as a “holy man” and “man of peace” until he poisoned all of his devotees in French Guyana. Recent exposes by respected German magazines and Salon and other media, have revealed a very different
person than the Dalai Lama pretends to be.
The Horror of Harrer Who and What is the Dalai Lama? A holy man or wholly a fraud with Nazi connections?
Photo on right is a Tibetan slave in leg-irons, under the “enlightened” rule of the Lama class before the Dalai Lama was forced out of power in Tibet. Under the Lama class,
run away slaves could expect to have their eyes gouged out, and tongue cut out, and limbs amputated by the Lama class “enlightened”,and “compassionate”, and “peaceful”
    priests.
Augustine Pinochet. Also known as the
“Butcher of Chile”. Neo-Nazi and protector of
fugitive Nazi war criminals and also a good
friend of Dalai Lama and avoided extradition to
Spain and being tried for mass murder by a
Spanish court, with the aid and abetting from
    Dalai Lama
Good friend of Dalai Lama and
praised by the Dalai Lama after
giving over a million dollars to Dalai
Lama. Also an admirer of Adolph
Hitler. Convicted of mass murder by
placing poison Sarin gas in the
    Tokyo subway.
Miguel Serrano: Head of the Nazi Party for Argentina and who promotes anti-Semitism and books
purporting that Hitler was a “God”. Also a good friend of the Dalai Lama whom he meets with regularly.

    Death Squad Leader
    Top Dalai Lama Adviser
    Adolph Hitler

    Dr. Bruno Beger
    Nazi SS Officer
    Convicted War Criminal
    Top Dalai Lama Adviser
    Heinrich Himmler
Head of the Nazi SS and Head of Hitler’s
    Gestapo
Good Friend of Heinrich Harrer, a top
    advisor to the Dalai Lama
One on the most consistent behaviors on the part of this “omniscient holy man” is that he is almost always wrong about
everything when it comes to criticizing those who do great wrongs but who can help the Lama with money or fame. For
example, the Dalai Lama will endlessly criticize the Chinese–who won’t do what he wants. However, the Lama will never criticize George Bush, who gave him an award and lots of fame. The Lama actually says that George Bush is an “honest” man and that Bush’s war of lies and profits resulting in war in Iraq might be justified. Worse than this is the Dalai Lama’s almost infinite “compassion” for Nazis and terrorists. While we haven’t seen the Dalai Lama yet to
embrace Osama Bin Laden, he will never say a critical word about him or Al Qaeda. In fact, the Dalai Lama said to TV Cadena in Barcelona that “Bin Laden’s message may have been misinterpreted…”. How could any reasonable person
and particularly an “omniscient holy man” like the Dalai Lama think that Bin Laden’s message carried out by homicidal hijackers on September 11, 2001 could be misinterpreted as what?…a message of peace and love? The Dalai Lama is very quick to embrace and show his “love and compassion” to other terrorists and killers of lesser infamy, but there is a catch here. To be blessed by the Dalai Lama’s intervention or praise, you generally need to make a large contribution of cash somewhere in the million dollar range like terrorist Shoko Asahara. If you don’t have money for the Dalai Lama, well, he may still have use for you if he is ever returned to power,(which the Dalai Lama has tried to do using military force against the Chinese,as admitted in the “man of peace’s” book Freedom in Exile). Consider the poor chap below to
the right. He may not have money but in Tibet under the Dalai Lama he could still be used for slave labor.
Check out the fairly recent picture below with the Dalai Lama standing next to his Nazi friends and members of terrorist organizations, who are his top advisors: SS Death Squadron Leader Heinrich Harrer and convicted Nazi war criminal, Bruno Beger.
Respected journals show a person who pretends to be a man of peace but has taken millions of dollars to raise an army to attack the Chinese in order to reimpose dictatorial rule over Tibet where he once ruled with an iron fist and medieval brutality. The Salon expose shows a Dalai Lama who takes large cash payments from convicted terrorists. The German magazines show the Dalai Lama has close ties to genocidal Nazis and convicted mass murderers and has even made Nazis and Nazi mass murderers top advisers in his government in exile! The establishment media has been slow to pick up on this new revelations about the Dalai Lama, in the same way they were slow to pick up on all the lies, misleading statements and doctored evidence that George Bush used to trick the American public into a war of conquest and greed against Iraq. Similar exposes about Kurt Waldheim, president of Austria and his cover up of his war record in Hitler’s army took time to disseminate to the world press. But now, here, for the first time, we have a picture presentation,
based upon German magazine investigations, showing the close ties between the Dalai Lama and top advisers in the Dalai Lama’s government in exile, who are convicted terrorists and Nazi War Criminals and what atrocities these Dalai Lama advisors and close friends of the Dalai Lama are responsible for.
Above is a photo of Heinrich Harrer’s SA thugs or Storm Troopers forcing Jews to clean the sidewalks of Austria, where
Heinrich Harrer lived Heinrich Harrer with the Dalai Lama long after the Holocaust and after the crimes committed by Harrer’s SA thugs in
Austria. Harrer was reportedly a die-hard Nazi and Hitler supporter to the very endHeinrich Harrer’s SA thugs
    enforcing a boycott of Jewish
owned businesses Heinrich Harrer’s SS .After Harrer’s SA was dissolved by Hitler, the Dalai Lama’s good friend,Heinrich Harrer joined Hitler’s SS elite organization of killers. Harrer became an officer in this murderous organization.

—On the 9th of January 2008, His Holiness the Dalai Lama declared that “Dorjee Shugden devotees are supported by the Chinese and therefore there is no need for them to be in exile, they can go back to Tibet (under Chinese rule)”.—
I have one comment for His Holiness-before he attacked against Dorjee Shugden devotees or outlawed Dorjee Shugden devotees, he himself was a devotee of Dorjee Shugden, was he supported by the Chinese government? if so, he need not be in exile to start with and be backed in Tibet long time ago.
My comment for Dorjee Shugden devotees—Dorjee Shugden devotees are human beings they can live where-ever they want to live, we do not need His Holiness to tell us where to live, also many Dorjee Shugden devotees are not Chinese citizens or Chinese citizens in exile, they cannot just move to Tibet because they are not from there.
Dorjee Shugden devotees are none political, they are connected to all human beings and are trying to spread the real Tibetan Buddhism to all human beings without politics.
His Holiness was talking about Chinese government supporting Dorjee Shugden devotees, that was a political comment and should not be part of the religion at all, as far as Dorjee Shugden devotees were concerned, his comment made no religious sense at all. We welcome all the support we need to help in spreading the real Tibetan Buddhism without politics.

    Dear friends,
As per information received from the High Court of India,New Delhi,I am told, that there was a recent hearing on the Dorje Shugden case on the 14th of september. This was the 3rd hearing in response to a riposte, that had earlier been provided by the Advocate of the Dalai Lama-that too, after a lapse of 9 and a half months-precisely speaking! The 3rd Judge in question, was unlike the 2nd,who had expressed reservations and unwillingness to dictate a ruling-as a decision-but,on the contrary was also open to the re-addressal of the affair.

This Judge,as pointed, dismissed the Dalai Lama’s arguments as inconvincing, further asserting, that,’there was sufficient documentation of evidence available to prove that the Dalai Lama was in fact and indeed, persecuting followers of the deity Dorje Shugden and, that this would have to cease henceforth.A notice in this regards would be sent to the DL as a warning to desist.Notwithstanding which, the Judge declared, that punitive measures would be initiated, would the DL not restrain from his persecutive acts.

Apparently,Dharamsala is mysteriously silent, and this is not new! They are probably contemplating on the next course of action-whatever it may be.The Tibetans are a beguiled lot.It is possible that they may contemplate peaceful and voilent means–or,on the contrary behave as if nothing has happened! Please spread this news to all concerned.Kundeling.
